This policy explains what information getpaymigo.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
PayMigo provides payment processing, merchant services, and embedded payments for merchants and software companies. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@getpaymigo.com.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form or the PayMigo Zero sign-up form), we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, monthly card volume, how you take payments, your message, and the savings-calculator estimate if you used it. We use it to respond to your request, prepare a quote or proposal, and follow up about PayMigo services you asked about.
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms processes the submission to deliver it to us.
Please don’t enter card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information in website forms or the chat.
The Paymigo chat assistant
If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type (and the recent messages in that conversation) are sent to our website server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. We don’t save chat conversations in a database. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, time, and request details, for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Chat replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; they aren’t an offer or a commitment.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and limit chat requests. This site does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we’ll update this policy first.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (such as Cloudflare and Web3Forms), with partners needed to evaluate or provide the services you request (for example, to review a merchant application), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and security
We keep lead information as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, then delete it or keep it only as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@getpaymigo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Merchant accounts
If you open a merchant account, information collected during the application and while processing payments is governed by your merchant agreement and the privacy notices provided with it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
